Fri, 10pm, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Five
The team gets to work on a grisly case in which a lady of the night was knocked down by a car and then beaten to death while she was on her mobile phone. It seems that the crime may have been based on what sounds like a delightful video game, and the team’s investigation leads them to a pair of teens with a somewhat confused grip on reality. Can they put them away without a fuss, though? Can they heck!
Sat, 8.30pm, King of the Hill, FX
Male/female roles are turned on their head when Bobby is asked to be a cheerleader for the girls in their annual powder-puff game. ‘Citing! It seems that this is a long-running tradition which Hank took part in when he was Bobby’s age (now THAT conjures up some bizarre images, eh…). However, it looks like the gender bending fun could be over before it starts when Peggy and her PTA pals try to put a stop to proceedings. Spoil sport!
Sat, 9.05pm, CSI, Five
Things are taking a turn for the bizarre on CSI tonight. First an old man is arrested for having a dead deer dressed in a tutu in the back of his truck. Then he bursts into flames when the police taser him. As if that’s not enough, a woman wearing a tinfoil outfit (always a good place to start…) starts warning the front desk about an alien invasion. Chuck in some green blood and a couple who die in their sleep, and we’ve got ourselves a (deeply weird) party!
Sun, 9pm, Fringe, Sky1
There’s some dodgy dealings afoot tonight in Fringe when a group of people are taken ill with radiation poisioning. Dunham and the Bishops investigate, and conclude that a gang of very naughty people are experimenting on unsuspecting innocents, turning them into walking nuclear weapons! Can they stop the evil scientists before the whole world goes bang?
Sun, 9pm, Burn Notice, FX
Ex-spy Michael courts danger tonight when he infiltrates a family of gunrunners who are being somewhat heavy handed with an airport supervisor and his up-the-duff wife. As if that’s not enough, the poor fella could be getting into a spot of bother from all angles, as the FBI are putting pressure on Sam to gather more information about our hero.
