For a lesson in the art of manipulating other people for your own ends, tune in to tonight’s episode of GG. A new girl arrives at school and immediately bonds with Dan over a mutual love of sullen poetry, pushing Blair into full-on damage limitation mode, befriending the girl to turn her to the ‘dark side’, sabotage the budding romance and protect Serena’s feelings. All fairly straightforward stuff, except Blair’s not the only one with advanced skills in interference…

10pm, CSI, Five US
After the repeat of last night’s tantalising Five episode (do you think Grissom and Lady Heather did the deed?) Five US is showing the first ever appearance of Melinda Clark’s dominatrix character, and the chemistry between her and Gil is clear from the start. Rather oddly, this episode won an Emmy award for ‘Outstanding Makeup for a Series’ - knowing that makes you watch it with a whole new pair of eyes!
