Tonight’s double-bill of physicist comedy for all you fans of Leonard, Sheldon and the gang begins with a momentous event: Leonard getting a girlfriend! Sheldon is delighted and approves of his friend’s choice of lady friend - but his over-exuberance soon threatens to become a problem… However, we will be seeing Sheldon trying his hand at some ‘youth of today’ urban-speak - which can only be applauded.

Oh noooo! It’s the last Heroes for a while, so make the most of it! Luckily, this one’s a cracker, as Nathan and Peter confront each other with global repercussions. The comedy about a group of socially inept scientists continues with a double bill. To start is ‘The Panty Pinata Polarization’, in which a characteristically uptight Sheldon bans Penny from the apartment for numerous minor infractions - with the result that she decides to retaliate; and Howard and Raj search for the America’s Next Top Model house. In the second episode, ‘The Lizard-Spock Expansion’, a girl Wolowitz has his eye on breaks his heart by finding Leonard more attractive - only trouble can ensue…

The eclipse continues to have ramifications on heroes and villains alike this week, with the Petrelli sons joining forces to stop their evil father’s quest for world domination. But is Arthur just too powerful? We’ve reached the point where NBC aren’t releasing much episode information, but spoilerfix.com reckons that Hiro and Claire will be indulging in a spot of time-travel and Suresh is going to have a major breakthrough in the lab that could change everything…

Scanlon is after Allison’s help with his investigation into the murder of a wealthy local drug dealer. But what does it mean when her dreams about a charismatic killer lead him to Joey (Bionic Woman star Miguel Ferrer), a severely impaired man with a bullet lodged in his brain? Also this week, an awkward moment between Joe and Meghan jeopardises their burgeoning business partnership.

To the casual observer, the above picture would seem to indicate that Heroes is paying a visit to the Lost set this week. However, Nathan and Peter are off to Haiti in search of the Haitian - the only man who can stop their super-evil father from destroying the world. Meanwhile, much comedy will doubtless ensue when Hiro, Ando and Parkman follow Daphne to her home town - and there’s an eclipse which, for some reason, is playing havoc with everyone’s powers.

It’s a worrying time for Allison this week, as she has alarming dreams about Scanlon and DiNovi’s friend dying after a bad fall. More dreams follow, all of them featuring people dying in strange circumstances. Allison struggles to make a connection between the fatalities - until a headache medicine is linked to them all…

In this week’s double-header of geeky comedy there a few role reversals, when Penny becomes addicted to an online game based on the world of Conan the Barbarian and keeps pestering Sheldon for advice. Meanwhile, when Raj is named one of People Magazine’s ‘30 to Watch under 30′, he decides it’s time to make a move on Penny! Yikes!

It all gets a bit lovey dovey in Heroes this week, with firstly Sylar and Elle having an electric encounter and then Parkman and Daphne confessing their true feelings to each other. Also Nathan meets his father for the first time since discovering that he wasn’t dead and we discover how Hiro is after his encounter with Arthur last week! This week, Joe is feeling very happy with himself when his presentation to an investment firm on his new solar-powered invention manages to impress a venture capitalist. Well done him! Meanwhile, FBI profiler Agent Edward Cooper returns to Phoenix with seemingly good intentions, but Allison’s dreams tell her that not all is as it seems… it never is, Alison, it never is…

There is much hilarity in this week’s double bill, as Sheldon is forced to keep a secret when Penny confides in him about her unusual experiences on her first date with Leonard. Then it all goes wrong when Leonard sees Penny with another man and decides to play it safe and go back to the arms of Leslie Winkle… something Sheldon does not agree with at all!

Hiro finds a sneaky way round his promise not to go into the past anymore by having one of those white-eyed spirit journeys into the past instead, and his visions give some major insights into Arthur Petrelli and his brood of heroes, good boy/bad boy Sylar and blue-flame-throwing Flint. And there’s the return of a familiar face as Meredith has a run-in with the Company. What will nature experts Ben and Gareth think of it all? Lucky Leonard manages to get a date with Penny this week. The lucky fella! It all begins when Penny breaks up with her boyfriend and in comforting her Leonard asks her out and she says yes. Things don’t run smoothly however as the pair both end up asking Sheldon for advice leading to obvious confusion. But the course of true love never did run smooth!

Allison teams up with Scanlon to try to track down the dangerous “cougar” - don’t worry, the guest star isn’t David Attenborough, it’s one of the Arquette clan, Rosanna, starring as a femme fatale who has been killing young men. Not only that but Allison is also having visions that could mean the Devalos’ campaign is in jeopardy, with someone plotting against him!
