There have been some big hitters on the site this week - 24, Lost, Heroes, Scream Queens…
He’s an actor we’d never have had down as a luvvie, but Robert Carlyle did go on a bit about his mate Kiefer when we interviewed him about his role in 24: Redemption. And he manages to introduce TV Spy’s first cuss word. Don’t show that to your granny.
It seems JJ Abrams is becoming the new Alfred Hitchcock when it comes to influencing other directors - check out Smallville going all Cloverfield for its big wedding episode…
Ben found more clips of the Scream Queens in action. It’s our absolutely favourite new show (even though we haven’t seen a full episode it yet).
It seems like 8 years since Bret and Jemaine were entertaining us with their quirky songs, so it’s great to see a new Flight of the Conchords trailer.
We discovered the only thing that could get us more excited than the return of the Cadburys Wispa bar - a tantalising Lost series five promotion poster.
And finally, it’s the highlight of everyone’s week - go on, admit it! It’s the Heroes vodcast with Ben and Gareth, and the boys seem to have found a new recording venue. All decorating suggestions welcome!

We were very pleased to discover that ABC had announced an air date for the new series of Lost in America, and then Ben found a tantalising new clip too. We can’t wait for the return of Jack!
Talking of returning Jacks, we got a sneak peek at 24: Redemption - don’t worry, we’ve got our lips firmly sealed when it comes to spoilers.
Tina Fey comedy 30 Rock may be sorely underrated by schedulers, but it seems Oprah and Jennifer Aniston rate it quite highly.
Never mind the Terminator - we’ve got the Graphinator. Ben’s inner statistician was somehow activated during last week’s episode of Prison Break. Be thankful you weren’t subjected to the Powerpoint presentation…
It seems One Tree Hill star Chad Michael Murray is trying to prove he’s not just a pretty face, directing a film-noir-themed episode of the show.
And finally, we were extremely unselfish and decided to give away the deluxe Sopranos DVD box-set that we were given. No need to thank us… fuggedahboudit!

“I bless the rains down in Africa…” That’s all well and good, Toto, but you wouldn’t be singing that if you’d seen 24: Redemption…
Yes, we’ve managed to get our greedy mitts on a preview copy (one of the perks of working somewhere like TV Spy!) and it’s every bit as over-the-top as any 24 fan could wish for.
We’re sworn to secrecy about what happens, of course, not least because we don’t want to spoil it for you (my calculator reckons it’s now just 13 more sleeps ’till it’s on Sky1), so what can we tell you?

Remember, remember, the 5th of November - mainly cos it means there are only 19 days till Jack Bauer’s back with a bang! Yes, the fireworks this week paled in comparison to the thought of the upcoming episode of 24: Redemption, especially after we found some behind-the-scenes clips of Jack Bauer and co in action…
There was plenty of other stuff catching our attention this week as well. It turns out Desperate Housewives haridan Edie Britt is as big a fan of Spaghetti Cat as we are! That’s about the only thing she’s got good taste in.
We got good news and bad news about HBO’s vampire drama series True Blood. Mainly good, though…
The world wide web continued to tantalise us with trailers for Jos Whedon’s Dollhouse…
We were relieved to see that Ricky Gervais isn’t going to become annoyingly Americanised anytime soon…
All this, plus of course Ben and Gareth’s weekly Heroes vodcast (now with free public safety announcement!), a cracking Ghost Whisperer competition, and a top bit of insider info on how to catch up with the still relatively new FX spy drama Burn Notice.
