House series 5 - Dying Changes Everything

Saturday, 10pm, CSI: NY, Five
Craig T Nelson’s media mogul Robert Dunbrook is back in the bad books after someone is shoved out of his office window, 20 stories up. Just one problem - the body’s gone missing, which makes it quite hard to investigate, never mind press charges…  Still, it must be doing wonders for his newspaper sales. There’s no such thing as bad publicity, right?

Sunday, 9pm & 10pm, House, Sky1 & Sky1 HD
NEW SERIES Sunday nights aren’t the same without our dose of JJ Abrams, but Sky1 have kindly acquired the new run of House, so that’s pretty good medicine, especially as they’re delivering double shots of the grumpy doc for the first few weeks. Tonight we see the aftermath of Amber’s death, as Wilson finally gives up on his friendship with House, and House does everything he can to patch it up again.

Sunday, 9pm, Supernatural, ITV2
Sam and Dean head to Windom, Minnesota to check out a boy who claims he’s John’s son, and that his mother is missing. While they search for the missing mum, they find out a whole lot more about thier father and a case he worked on the year before Adam was born.

Sunday, 10pm, Desperate Housewives, E4
SERIES FINALE Sofa cushions at the ready, as Creepy Dave finally puts his dastardly plan into action, making off with Susan and wee MJ. Susan we could live without, but MJ’s a cutie… To add to the drama, Lynette fears her cancer is back, Orson takes a beating, and Gaby fails to stop Carlos’s niece moving in.

Sunday, 11pm, Dirty Sexy Money, E4
SERIES FINALE And, indeed, show finale - DSM’s been cancelled, so don’t expect closure by the end of tonight’s episode. Simon finally spills the beans about who’s behind his skullduggery, Jeremy makes a big mistake during a weekend in Vegas, and Nick is ordered to stop Lisa publishing a kiss-and-tell book about the Darlings. The good news is that Donald Sutherland is already lined up for equally dynastic drama The Eastmans. Watch this space for more news on that one…

Sunday, 9pm, Supernatural, ITV2
After discovering a series of novels depicting their lives as demon hunters, Sam and Dean decide to try to get a movie deal too. No, I jest - they have a chat with the author, a chap called Carver Edlund, who informs them that the demonic Lilith is coming for Sam. (Surely that’s a line from Cheers?)

Sunday, 9pm & 10pm, Lost, Sky1
SERIES FINALE In the true spirit of the show, I really don’t want to give anything away about what happens. Suffice to say you will be scratching your head for weeks to come after the double bill, and driving the non-Losties in your life mad with endless discussions about Jacob, Locke, Ben et al.
• There’s no Fringe, because of the Lost double bill - it’s back next week with an equally stonking finale!
