Yup, after a ridiculously long break, FlashForward is going to be back on Five later this month. We hear the channel will also be showing a handly little recap show beforehand to remind us what happened.
Here, in the meantime, is a trailer which has just aired in the States…
It’s another of those ‘not sure when it’ll be back’ shows - FlashForward has got a March return date in America, but we can’t promise Five will be as quick on the uptake.
Anyway, this promo gives a lot of flashbacks, and one tantalising glimpse into what the rest of the series holds…
FlashForward’s off air now until March, but this nifty little video offers a pretty decent recap of what happened in the first 10 episodes. Warning: contains some pretty massive spoilers if you haven’t seen the series yet!
And it seems there are a few shocks to come in the second half of the first series too…
Well, it seems ABC remember how much we all loved it too, and seem set to create an equal buzz around their brand new show FlashForward, due to air in the US on September 24th and then to air on this side of the pond mere days later, on Five.
So far, we’ve found theflashforwardexperience.com, which demands your Facebook details and then goes poking round your contacts and piccies in a most alarming manner! Unfortunately we can’t find a way to add the show’s stars Joseph Fiennes or Dominic Monaghan to our friends list yet…
Once you’ve recovered from the shock of that, you can sign up to be a part of The Mosaic Collective, an international conglomerate helpfully collating everyone’s flashfoward visions in the hope of establishing a pattern…
Let us know if you stumble across any more intriguing sites connected to the FlashForward. We’re really starting to get excited…
Look no further… those intrepid chaps at E! Online tracked down the executive producer and director of Eli Stone, Marc Guggenheim, and got him to reveal all about what plans the writers had for Jonny Lee Miller’s troubled lawyer.
Although the show was cancelled prematurely, it seems the writers had already written the final four episodes, with some major changes of fortune for Eli, Maggie, Nate, Taylor and co.
If you were an ardent fan of Eli Stone, you’ll be pleased to know that Guggenheim’s new production project is none other than FlashForward, which will be coming to Five sometime in the near future. We’ll let you know the broadcast date as soon as we find out!
Five whisked us away to a swanky Covent Garden hotel last night to see the world premiere preview screening of FlashForward. The only problem is I can’t tell you what I saw… It has all been embargoed and my lips are sealed under pain of death.
Those of you that love Lost and other programmes that make your mind work should really enjoy this, but all I can tell you is that the cast is great! Leading man Joseph Fiennes stole the show as the F.B.I agent trying to figure out why the whole world blanked out for two minutes 17 seconds, and the opening scenes are mind blowing. Clearly a huge amount of money has been spent on this show and I can’t wait to see more.
Watch this space over the coming weeks for more FlashForward news.
