We’ve put up lots of trailers and clips already for series three of Heroes, but here’s the full-length version. No sign of the new villains in there yet, but there’s plenty of the original and the best, Sylar.

After graffiti is repeatedly painted on Melinda’s shop doors, she concludes that ‘town blogger’ Justin is at work, trying to expose her activities to the locals. Bloggers are always causing trouble, aren’t they! Unfortunately it’s not straightforward mischief-making at work, and Melinda is forced to encounter the dark side of Grandview again in an attempt to save the poor chap’s soul.

SERIES FINALE As you’ll see from the above trailer, Lex goes to the Fortress of Solitude to fulfill his destiny after working out the shocking truth about Clark, leading to the sort of showdown that always seems to happen at the end of a series. In warmer climes, Lana awakens from her coma and somehow manages to find some recording equipment to leave a poignant message for Clark, and Jimmy’s attempt to create the the ultimate romantic moment is somewhat dampened when Chloe is arrested by the government.
10pm, Prison Break, Sky1
After last week’s nail-biting safe cracker moment, it seems there’s little the Dirty Half Dozen can’t do, but Mahone manages to jeopardise the ongoing operation by getting himself arrested, and of course Don is going to have to tread carefully now the Company has him on their radar. Meanwhile Gretchen, having escaped her captors, pops round to see her sister - surely that’s the first thing the Company training manual tells you not to do? And T-Bag’s days sitting round with his feet up are numbered.
George Takei is masterful in his portrayal of Hiro’s father, Kaito Nakamura, but it’s a little known fact that he actually auditioned for several other roles in Heroes… look at this!
I think he would have nailed the Claire Bennett role if he’d just donned a cheerleader costume…
Season two of Heroes left us with a lot of questions, but one of the biggest was definitely ‘who shot Nathan?’
There he was, poised to spill the beans to the world about his special powers, and bang! He was silenced by a bullet, and left for dead. NBC have very helpfully put together a list of suspects to refresh your memory - and get you in the mood ready for Wednesday night’s season three opener…. Oh, we can’t wait!
9pm & 10pm, One Tree Hill, E4
SERIES FINALE The rollercoaster shows no signs of slowing down in tonight’s two episodes as Brooke’s foster baby undergoes major surgery, Dan faces a major moral dilemma while inching closer to the top of the heart donor list, and the Lucas/Peyton/Lindsey/Brooke quadrangle finally comes to a head after a few life-changing phone calls. I’ll say one thing for Lucas - he certainly likes to act on impulse (and not the deodorant variety).
9pm, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, Hallmark
Roy Scheider guest stars as a serial killer on death row who is still playing mind games with the authorities, trying to delay his execution. His actions stir up some painful emotions for Goren as he discovers the killer has a connection with his dying mother, leading to one of this series’ most stirring episodes yet.

Episode two, and the ladies are being confronted by all sorts of problems - Victory loses her sole employee and her designer mojo, Nico has an unexpected run-in with the young chap she’s been enjoying steamy romps with, and Wendy is on the war path when a former nanny tries to publish a warts-and-all account of her time working for the executive. The absolute highlight though is the appearance of Sopranos star Lorraine Bracco as Wendy’s nemesis, fantastically ascerbic publisher Janice Lasher. Nothing subtle about that name.
We introduce Fringe, Sky1’s brilliant brand new series from JJ Abrams, the creator of Lost. It’s dark, thrilling and stars ex-Dawson’s Creek-er Joshua Jackson - what more could you ask for? Also new this week are Eli Stone - the oddball comedy drama starring Jonny Lee Miller and pop superstar George Michael, plus discover what happens when a blacklisted spy attempts to put his life back together in the gripping Burn Notice, and get the full lowdown on ground-breaking new sci-fi series Sanctuary. Plus, Lipstick Jungle’s Brooke Shields pops in for a chat, and of course, there’s all the latest news and gossip about about your favourite American dramas. Here’s a sneak peek…
1. Katie Holmes’ guest spot on Eli Stone is going to be pretty steamy.
2. Spoiler alert! Cristine Rose - Angela Petrelli from Heroes - has been discussing the latest addition to the Petrelli clan.
3. There was a surprise proposal in the fifth season premiere of The Office.
4. The Karate Kid Ralph Macchio is set for a guest appearance in Ugly Betty.
5. Californication returned to Stateside screens last night with Battlestar’s Callum Keith Rennie (Cylon Leoben Conoy) beginning a guest stint. Here’s a peek behind the scenes.
6. 30 Rock’s Tina Fey has been doing her Sarah Palin routine again on Saturday Night Live.
7. Star of almost every TV show Heather Locklear was arrested over the weekend.
Ugly Betty returned for a third season in the States with a bang last week - not least owing to Lindsay Lohan’s guest turn as Kimmie Keegan, Betty’s childhood nemesis who is now her father’s boss. Their food fight - with potty-mouthed Hilda getting involved for good measure - was one of many highlights from the show’s first episode to be filmed in New York. Betty also came to a decision between dreadful dullard Henry and sandwich geek Gio, Wilhelmina gave Mode’s offices a rather gloomy makeover (see below…), Daniel and Betty were transferred to rather inappropriate magazine, and Hilda started a relationship with Cole from Sunset Beach. In other words, Betty’s back and as dementedly brilliant as ever.
We’re starting to get used to the sight of Bryan Cranston looking extremely unhinged in his underpants in Breaking Bad, so it’s quite a shock to see him suited and booted in this interview! He talks candidly about life after Malcolm in the Middle, what attracted him to the role of chemistry teacher-turned crystal meth supplier Walter White, and his future career plans.
