A controversial rule change has been announced for the next series of University Challenge. It turns out you MUST be a student to qualify for the show. Blimey, that’ll sort the wheat from the chaff. Even Scumbag College (above) knew those were the rules. All this comes after last year’s ‘winners’ Oxford’s Corpus Christie, captained by the human-Google Gail Trimble, were forced to return the trophy after it was revealed that one of their number had graduated and was working as a trainee accountant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Well at least he’s got a job, the same can’t be said of a growing number of graduates.
